Consumer Guarantee
All purchases from this site are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are considered faulty, for repair, replacement or refund of purchase price within a reasonable period of time as defined by Act.
New Zealand Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within seven working days of receiving payment. Delivery to rural areas may take longer. Delivery of your parcel may be delayed at certain times of the year (eg Christmas) or by factors beyond our control such as weather or road conditions. If your order has not arrived after 10 working days please email us at and we can help track it for you.
Orders are sent by general post. We cannot take responsibility if your parcel goes missing, but we keep proof of postage and will do what we can to help you track down your property. Alternatively, if you wish to have your parcel sent by signature-required courier, you can email us at
International Delivery
Copacabana New Zealand is happy to ship products internationally. We have a fix rate at the end of your purchase. We do our best to deliver 5-15 business depending on the country. Your tracking number and estimated delivery time will be sent to you via email.

Returns
Exchanges and Refunds
We hope you will be delighted with your purchases from Copacabana New Zealand. We want you to be 100 per cent satisfied.
Beachwear
If you have changed your mind, we will exchange goods that are in a resalable condition, i.e. unopened and unused. Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange or refund products which have been used unless they are faulty (see policy below).

We recommend that you return your package using signature required courier. If you use general post your package will not be insured and Copacabana New Zealand cannot accept liability if it is damaged or goes missing.
We can only refund postage costs where the return is a result of our error.
Flip flops and slides
Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange products that are customized. Refund can be done if the product has any error or damage by us.
Please, double check your size before purchasing. After receiving your order, confirmation and payment no more changes can be made.
